Ingredients
- Fresh Vegetables: 1 large cucumber, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 2 medium carrots, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup snap peas, 1 cup cauliflower florets, 1 cup broccoli florets, ½ cup radishes
- Dips & Spreads: 1 cup hummus, 1 cup ranch dip or Greek yogurt dip
- Snacks & Garnishes: ½ cup black olives (pitted), ½ cup mini mozzarella balls, 1 cup assorted crackers (gluten-free if desired), fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Wash and prepare all vegetables. Slice cucumber into rounds, cut bell peppers into strips, peel and slice carrots into sticks, halve cherry tomatoes, trim snap peas, and slice radishes.
- Step 2:
