# What you'll need:

01 - 12 slices white sandwich bread

02 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices cucumber
05 - 4 slices tomato

06 - 8 black olive slices (for eyes and buttons)
07 - 4 baby carrots (for noses)
08 - 4 small red bell pepper strips (for scarves)
09 - 4 fresh parsley sprigs (for hats or arms, optional)
10 - 4 tablespoons hummus or mayonnaise (for spreading)

# Method:

01 - Use two round cookie cutters, one larger and one smaller, to cut circles from bread slices. For each snowman, cut one large circle (body) and one small circle (head).
02 - Apply cream cheese evenly on each bread circle.
03 - Layer one slice each of cheddar cheese, cucumber, and tomato between two bread circles to form the body. Repeat the layering on the head circles if preferred.
04 - Position the small circle atop the large circle on a plate to form the snowman shape, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Use black olive slices for the eyes and buttons, baby carrot slices for the nose, and red bell pepper strips for the scarf. Optionally add parsley sprigs as hats or arms.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
