Instructions

Using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from each bread slice. You should get 24 stars.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Step 3:
Spread a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture onto half the bread stars.
Step 4:
Top with the remaining bread stars to form sandwiches.
Step 5:
Gently press two olive slices onto one point of each sandwich to create eyes. Place a caper in the center of each olive slice.
Step 6:

Method

Step 01
